You may request the cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return/refund as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

Incorrect pricing or listing error.

Issues with payment confirmation.

Orders that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and if payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Refund on Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

If cancelled after shipment, the refund will be processed only once the product is returned to us, subject to inspection.
